Stevens' are the longest established Estate Agents in Okehampton. We are known to the public as being a company who provide a professional high standard of service backed up by a superior knowledge of the local market.
We first opened in 1977 by business partners John Stevens and Bob Gee. Soon after John took over complete ownership of the company but kept the trading name Bob Gee & Co.
25 years later - John's son, James Stevens began working in the company promting the change of name to Stevens' Estate Agents. Now John and James run the company highly sucessfully together. In 2008 they opened a new office in North Tawton providing an important link between Okehampton and a fellow Team agent Helmores in Crediton.

Residential Sales
Our staff are fully trained and qualified to be sure that sellers and purchasers receive a high standard and professional service which is ensured by being affiliated to the NAEA and the Ombudsman of Estate Agents.
When you instruct us to sell your property one of our staff will provide you with a detailed market appraisal and prepare particulars including internal pictures and floorplans. If needed we will prepare a HIP (please make a link to HIP's page) at no cost to you. We will display your property on several leading websites including Rightmove.co.uk, Propertyfinder.co.uk and Teamprop.co.uk.
As we are a member of Team your property will automatically be offered for sale by over 80 Team agents throughout the Southwest including 5 in Exeter. Backed up by local and regional newspaper advertising this provides a complete marketing service, making sure all potential purchasers see your property.
Our service does not stop there. Once an offer is received our staff will keep you up to date with progress reports right up to completion.
Residential letting
The laws relating to residential lettings become more in depth every year. Specific staff within our offices are regularly trained keeping them up to date with all new legislation.
