James started working for Stevens' Estate Agents in 2002. In the past 9 years James has gained valuable experience and has gained his NAEA Technical Award qualifications in residential sales and a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessing.
In 2008 James took over ownership of the company from his father and now runs both offices.
His interests include most sports and is also hoping to be elected this year as a member of the Round Table.

John founded the company in 1977 and successfully grew the business until handing it down to his son James. With 32 years experience John is well known to the community in the area and therefore offers a wealth of knowledge to the company and helps oversea the day to day running.
John especially enjoys playing golf in his spare time and is also a keen member of the Rotary club of Okehampton.
Paula Martin - Office Manager

Paula joined the company 18 years ago, however she does not like to be reminded to often. Throughout the years Paula has attended numerous courses and has built up a substantial knowledge base on both sales and lettings. As office manager Paula ensures the Okehampton branch is running smoothly and also is the main person to deal with the admin work relating to our large lettings portfolio.
Paula enjoys walking in her spare time.

Scott joined Stevens Estate Agents in 2004 and has passed his NVQ in Estate Agency. Scott's role within the company is to conduct viewings, negotiate offers and assist with admin duties. Over the past 5 years Scott has become a valued member of the team and has built up a good relationship with our clients.
In his spare time Scott likes to fish and play golf.

Jenny began working for Stevens as a Saturday negotiator within the Okehampton office. Subsequently Jenny was offered a full time position in her home town North Tawton.
Jenny has completed a degree in law. Her experience in this field allows her to understand the legal position of sales and deal with solicitors efficiently.

Mel joined the company recently and works every Saturday in our North Tawton branch. Mel immediately demonstrated her superb people skills and has already become well known and liked to our clients.
Mel's duties include running the North Tawton branch on Saturdays conducting viewings, answering the telephone and liaising with prospective purchasers.
